Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and that you may need to cancel a rental at any moment. The first step is to notify us if you need to cancel.

Because cancellations can be inconvenient for both renters and owners, we could apply penalties in some situations.

If we are responsible for the cancellation, we will supply you with the best possible alternative so that your plans are not disrupted. If things don't work out, you'll be returned your whole booking fee within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that under no other circumstances could we refund the amount.

If you cancel a booking, you will be charged the price of the service for one shift, as well as Conveyance, Attendant, and relevant taxes for one shift of service.
